Who is the Membership for?
It’s designed for individuals working in any area of a disability support service. Your organisation will be on an intentional journey to transform the way you are being of service to be sustainably person-directed. Members will already be familiar with Humanly’s work and will be looking for ways to continue momentum of the transforming work that is being done within your organisation.
Why would I purchase the membership?
If you are looking to engage, or re-engage, yourself or some of your team because you want to progress your change projects, this is for you. Or, if involving more of your internal stakeholders is needed to help you to keep moving as you transform the way you are being of service, you will want to be part of this. Can multiple individuals from the same organisation sign up for Membership?
Yes! We encourage membership for multiple individuals from the same organisation so that you engage stakeholders from across the different areas of your organisation, who are then on a learning journey together, at the same time. Each member will have their own unique login details for the private online platform to access the coaching sessions and all forums and resources.
Can members request specific topics or themes for the coaching sessions?
Absolutely, yes! Members are encouraged to bring questions to each coaching session and suggest topics or themes they would like to see covered in future coaching sessions. Team Being Humanly always strives to address the needs and interests of the membership base.
How is this different from what we have previously done with Humanly?
